Regulation on customs fees

Abstract from the ordinance N 863 of the Government of the Russian Federation dated December 28, 2004.  

"On the rates of customs fees for customs clearance of goods" (by the editions of the ordinances of the Government of the Russian Federation of 25.12.2006 N 803, from 10.03.2009 N 220, from 20.12.2010 N 1067, from 20.07.2011 N 595, from 31.08.2011 N 724 from 19.04.2012 N 347):

"The Russian government has decided:

(Preamble is in the edition of ordinance of the Government of the Russian Federation of 31.08.2011 N 724)

1. To establish that the customs fees for customs operations are paid at the following rates: 

(in the edition of ordinance of the Government of the Russian Federation of 31.08.2011 N 724)

500 rubles — for customs operations in respect of goods, the customs value of which does not exceed 200000 rubles inclusive (in the edition of ordinance of the Government of the Russian Federation of 31.08.2011 N 724)

1000 rubles — for customs operations in respect of goods, the customs value of which amounts to 200000 rubles 1 kopeck and more, but not more than 450000 rubles inclusive (in the edition of ordinance of the Government of the Russian Federation of 31.08.2011 N 724)

2000 rubles — for customs operations in respect of goods, the customs value of which amounts to 450000 rubles 1 kopeck and more, but not more than 1200000 rubles inclusive (in the edition of ordinance of the Government of the Russian Federation of 31.08.2011 N 724)

5500 rubles — for customs operations in respect of goods, the customs value of which is 1200000 rubles 1 kopeck and more, but not more than 2500000 rubles inclusive (in the edition of ordinance of the Government of the Russian Federation of 31.08.2011 N 724)

7500 rubles — for customs operations in respect of goods, the customs value of which is 2500000 rubles 1 kopeck and more but not more than 5000000 rubles inclusive (in the edition of ordinance of the Government of the Russian Federation of 31.08.2011 N 724)

20000 rubles — for customs operations in respect of goods, the customs value of which is 5000000 rubles 1 kopeck and more, but not more than 10000000 rubles inclusive (in the edition of ordinance of the Government of the Russian Federation of 31.08.2011 N 724) 

In accordance with the ordinance of the Government of the Russian Federation from 20.07.2011 N 595 from the date of accession of the Russian Federation to the World Trade Organization, the eighth paragraph of article 1 is revised to read:

"30000 rubles — for the customs clearance of the goods, the customs value of which is 10000000 rubles 1 kopeck and more.

From the date of accession of the Russian Federation to the World Trade Organization, customs fees in the amount of 50000 rubles and 100000 rubles are no longer applicable; the maximum fee for customs operations shall be paid at the rate of 30000 rubles.
